Monthly membership for training in home or gym. Choose from home (3 or 4 days) or gym (3, 4 or 5 day) splits. My own personal program is the 5 day gym program. These programs are designed with an intent to progress at same exercises week after week to build muscle and strength. Programming will change every 6 weeks for the 4 and 5 day program and every 12 weeks for the 3 day. Home workouts need dumbbells, bands that can attach to a door frame, a bench of some sort (one that inclines preferred), a step or low bench for hip thrusts and step ups. You can join the group anytime, if you join in mid training cycle please start with the MOST RECENT program, it will remain in the app to allow for people to complete as long as you start with newest one. You can choose to arrange the training days to whatever fits your schedule. I would not recommend doing upper or lower 2 days in a row. Rotate back and forth or allow a rest day in-between. Ideally you are resting sometime in middle of your training week to allow body recovery. This is a monthly subscription, you can cancel anytime, you are responsible for canceling your own subscription on the app, and there are no refunds for lack of use or forgetting to cancel.
